GEORGE STEVENS

Head Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Founder

My journey into rehabilitation started with health and fitness at a young age, playing basketball throughout my youth, as well as running and swimming. At the age of 17, I joined my first gym; with a passion for staying active, I completed my Personal Training qualifications by 19.

When I was in my early 20s, I suffered a shoulder dislocation, which ultimately led to surgery. This sparked my interest in rehabilitation, and I enrolled to become an Exercise Physiologist. That personal experience gave me a deep empathy for those dealing with injury-related pain and inspired my commitment to helping others recover.

Over the past 19 years, I’ve gained extensive experience in Personal Training, Strength and Conditioning, and Exercise Physiology, with a focus on sports injuries, pre- and post-orthopedic surgery, and musculoskeletal injuries.

I’m committed to helping others reach their goals, whether it’s improving athletic performance, recovering from injury, reducing pain, or preparing for orthopedic surgery or post-surgery recovery.

I believe in constantly expanding my knowledge to provide the best possible support to my clients.

Oshil Ranasinghe

Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Growing up, I developed a strong passion for sport and physical activity, which sparked my interest in learning the science behind human movement and how the body responds and adapts to exercise. I was physically active and played a variety of sports throughout my childhood and adolescent years—including swimming, cricket, soccer, tennis, rugby, and karate—which shaped my interest in health and performance.

After completing my Certificate III and IV in Fitness, I began working in a mobile Personal Trainer with a wide range of clients to improve strength, fitness, and overall wellbeing.

This interest led me to pursue a degree in Exercise and Sport Science at the University of Southern Queensland, followed by postgraduate study in Clinical Exercise Physiology at Queensland University of Technology to further develop my clinical expertise and skillset.

I enjoy working with diverse populations and chronic conditions, and have a particular interest in neurological and mental health conditions, as well as enhancing performance in both general and athletic populations. Over the past four years, I’ve developed valuable experience helping people move better, feel stronger and reduce pain.

As a motivated clinician, I’m always looking to expand my knowledge and refine my hands-on approach. I’m committed to helping people manage chronic conditions, reduce pain, and achieve better movement, strength, and long-term health.
