About George
My journey into rehabilitation started with health and fitness at a young age, playing basketball throughout my youth, as well as running and swimming. At the age of 17, I joined my first gym; with a passion for staying active, I completed my Personal Training qualifications by 19.
When I was in my early 20s, I suffered a shoulder dislocation, which ultimately led to surgery. This sparked my interest in rehabilitation, and I enrolled to become an Exercise Physiologist. That personal experience gave me a deep empathy for those dealing with injury-related pain and inspired my commitment to helping others recover.
Over the past 19 years, I’ve gained extensive experience in Personal Training, Strength and Conditioning, and Exercise Physiology, with a focus on sports injuries, pre- and post-orthopedic surgery, and musculoskeletal injuries.
I’m committed to helping others reach their goals, whether it’s improving athletic performance, recovering from injury, reducing pain, or preparing for orthopedic surgery or post-surgery recovery.
I believe in constantly expanding my knowledge to provide the best possible support to my clients.

About Pennie
Growing up, I was heavily involved in dance, gymnastics, and a variety of other sports, which inspired my passion for movement.
I also spent nine years coaching dance, working with children through to late teens, where I developed a strong interest in teaching and helping others build confidence in their abilities.
I have recently completed my Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology and bring two years of experience in Strength and Conditioning. During this time, I spent 18 months working with youth athletes at ACE Performance, a partner organisation of the North Coast Academy of Sport, further developing my skills in athletic development and coaching.
I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and creating a supportive environment where individuals understand the purpose behind their exercise programs, empowering them to achieve their goals and celebrate their progress.
I am dedicated to helping people stay active, maintain their independence, and improve their function for everyday life.
