At Evolve Movement Exercise Physiology, we are committed to providing transparent and accessible information regarding our billing practices and available rebates. Our goal is to ensure you receive the maximum benefits from your health coverage while understanding any out-of-pocket expenses.
Payment Policy

Payment at Time of Appointment: All appointments must be paid in full on the day.

Accepted Payment Methods: EFTPOS, Visa/MasterCard.

Medipass: This allows for simple claiming and rebates via Medicare your rebate is typically processed immediately back into your nominated account.

Private Health: You will be sent a receipt after your appointment to claim back with your provider
Private Health Insurance

Our exercise physiology services are covered under many private health policies with extras cover.

Rebate amounts vary depending on your level of cover and insurer. Please check with your fund for exact entitlements.
Medicare Rebates

You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate under a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan (formerly EPC).

A referral from your GP is required and can provide access to up to 5 subsidised sessions per calendar year.

Payment is made on the day, and your rebate is processed directly via Medipass.
Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA)

Gold and eligible White Card holders can access our services at no personal cost, with a valid GP referral.

We bill DVA directly.
NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme)

We provide exercise physiology services for self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants.​

We work closely with you and your support team to ensure your sessions align with your goals.
