Lower Back Pain
Lower back pain is one of the most common reasons people see us. Most back pain is not caused by serious damage, and staying active with the right exercise is one of the most effective ways to recover.
Common Causes:
-
Muscle strains and lifting injuries
-
Disc-related pain and sciatica
-
Prolonged sitting or physically demanding work
-
Reduced core and hip strength
Neck Pain
Neck pain and stiffness often build up from desk work, poor sleep positions or stress, and can come with headaches or shoulder tension.
Common Causes:
-
Desk and screen posture
-
Whiplash and sudden injuries
-
Muscle tension and reduced mobility
-
Wear-and-tear changes in the neck

Shoulder Pain & Injuries
Your shoulder is the most mobile joint in your body, which also makes it prone to injury. We help with everything from long-standing pain to dislocations and recovery after surgery.
Common Causes:
-
Rotator cuff strains and tendinopathy
-
Shoulder impingement
-
Dislocations and instability
-
Frozen shoulder
Knee Pain & Injuries
From everyday knee pain to ACL injuries, knee problems can stop you from walking, running or playing sport with confidence
Common Causes:
-
ACL and other ligament injuries
-
Meniscus tears
-
Patellofemoral (kneecap) pain and runner's knee
-
Overuse and training load injuries

Hip Pain
Hip pain can make walking, stairs, sitting and sleeping uncomfortable, and often affects the lower back and knees too.
Common Causes:
-
Gluteal tendinopathy (outer hip pain)
-
Hip impingement
-
Groin and hip flexor strains
-
Reduced hip strength and mobility
Ankle & Foot Injuries
Ankle sprains and foot pain are common in sport and everyday life, and without proper rehab they can easily recur.
Common Causes:
-
Ankle sprains and instability
-
Plantar fasciitis (heel pain)
-
Achilles tendon pain
-
Stress injuries from running

Tendon Pain
Tendon pain (tendinopathy) usually develops when a tendon is loaded more than it can handle. Rest alone rarely fixes it – the right progressive loading program does.
Common Causes:
-
Achilles and patellar tendinopathy
-
Tennis and golfer's elbow
-
Rotator cuff and gluteal tendinopathy
-
Sudden increases in training or work load
Arthritis
Exercise is one of the most effective treatments for arthritis. The right program can reduce pain and stiffness, improve joint function and help you stay active and independent – and may delay or help you prepare for joint replacement surgery.
Conditions We Support:
-
Knee osteoarthritis
-
Hip osteoarthritis
-
Hand, shoulder and spinal arthritis
-
Rheumatoid and inflammatory arthritis

Pre & Post-Surgery Rehab
Being as strong as possible before surgery (prehab) and following a structured program afterwards can make a big difference to your recovery. We follow your surgeon's protocol and work alongside your surgeon, GP and physiotherapist.
Commons Surgeries We Support:
-
ACL reconstruction
-
Knee and hip replacements
-
Shoulder reconstruction and rotator cuff repair
-
Spinal surgery
